    2. Top cards show total campaigns, generated pages and connected websites.
    3. Click any recent campaign card to jump straight into its detail view.
    4. Quick action buttons let you create a new campaign or template.
    Tips
    • • On day one, start with 'Connect Website' from here.

    Websites

Connect WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and PrestaShop sites.

    How to use it

    1. Click the '+ Add Website' button.
    2. Pick your platform (WordPress / Shopify / WooCommerce / PrestaShop).
    3. Enter the site URL and credentials (App Password / API key).
    4. Hit 'Test Connection' — a green tick means you can save.
    5. Content from the connected site will be pulled in automatically.
    Tips
    • • For WordPress, always use an Application Password — never the regular password.
    • • If you see an SSL error, check whether the URL needs www or not.

    AI Site Builder

Describe your business and get a full multi-page site design generated by AI.

    How to use it

    1. Sidebar → AI Site Builder.
    2. Enter business name, niche, services + a short description of your customer.
    3. Pick a brand vibe — the color palette, fonts and section rhythm lock before generation.
    4. AI builds the full multi-page site (hero, features, services, testimonials, FAQ, contact) with matching copy and images in one pass.
    5. Regenerate any single section without rebuilding the whole site.
    6. Send the result to Templates or publish straight to a connected website.
    Detailed step-by-step guide
    1. 1
      Open the builder
      Sidebar → AI Site Builder.
    2. 2
      Describe your business
Type the business name, niche/industry and the services or products you offer. The more specific you are, the better the copy.
    3. 3
      Language & location (optional)
Pick the primary language and target country so tone and copy match your audience.
    4. 4
      Pick a brand vibe
Choose from the rotating vibe palettes — this locks the color palette, fonts and layout before generation.
    5. 5
      Generate
Click Generate. Every page is built in one pass with copy and images.
    6. 6
      Review & refine
Use per-section regenerate to redo just one block instead of the whole site.
    7. 7
      Save or publish
Send to Templates to reuse in campaigns, or publish directly to a connected website.
    Tips
    • • Images use Unsplash first and fall back to AI generation only when needed — this keeps credits low.
    • • Save your business/niche/service combo as an AI Preset (localStorage) for one-click reload later.

    Campaigns

Bulk-generate and publish pages by combining a Keyword Group with Locations + Business Info.

    How to use it

    1. Best flow: build a Keyword Group first (template + language + terms/variables), then click 'Generate campaign' from it — the wizard opens pre-filled.
    2. Wizard steps: Name & type → Locations → Business Info → Zip/Cross pairing → Review → Generate.
    3. Locations step pulls city/region/country from the Location Database (with server-side search).
    4. Business Info step fills brand_name, phone, email, address, etc. — used wherever those variables appear in the template.
    5. Zip mode = 5 cities → exactly 5 pages (paired 1:1). Cross mode = Cartesian product.
    6. Live pairing preview shows which row becomes which page before you generate.
    7. Live progress bar + per-row status (queued → generating → success/failed) while the batch runs.
    Detailed step-by-step guide
    1. 1
      Start from a Keyword Group
Sidebar → Keywords → Keyword Groups → your saved group → 'Generate campaign'. The wizard opens with template, language, terms and variables already filled.
    2. 2
      Name & type
Give the campaign a clear name and pick SEO / SEA / AEO / GEO. The type tunes optimization.
    3. 3
      Locations
Add countries, regions and cities from the Location Database. Use the Bulk City Loader if a country is missing cities. These override any placeholder geo values.
    4. 4
      Business Info
Fill brand name, phone, email, address, hours. Whichever variables appear in the template are replaced with these values.
    5. 5
      Zip vs Cross
Zip = 1:1 pairing (N cities × N services → N pages). Cross = every combination. Live preview table shows the exact pairing.
    6. 6
      Review
Variable checklist confirms every {variable} has a source. Any red row = unmapped, fix before continuing.
    7. 7
      Generate & monitor
Click Generate. Watch the live progress bar and publish log; failed rows can be retried individually. Client-side batching keeps the request from hitting 504 timeouts.
    Tips
    • • Variable priority: Locations > Business Info > AI-generated content > Keyword Group defaults.
    • • Publishing pushes the final interpolated content — no placeholders leak to the live site.
    • • Duplicate slugs? Use Auto-fix + Diversity Repair (temp 0.95) for unique content per page.

    Generated Pages

Every generated page in one place — search, filter and bulk actions.

    How to use it

    1. Open 'Pages' from the sidebar.
    2. Filter by campaign, status or website.
    3. Click a row to preview, edit or open it on the live CMS.
    4. Bulk select rows to republish, delete or export.
    5. Run the duplicate detector to surface near-identical content.

    Templates

Build, AI-generate or scan templates and add variables in one click.

    How to use it

    1. 'New Template' offers 4 options: Manual, AI Generate, Scan from URL, Import.
    2. AI Generate only needs business + niche + service — design and structure are auto-built.
    3. Scan extracts design AND variables from any live page (public rendered HTML).
    4. 'AI Add Variables' scans your HTML and injects {variable_name} placeholders — including brand_name, phone, address, testimonial company/location.
    5. Section-scoped rewrite: regenerate only Services / FAQ / Testimonials / About without touching the rest.
    6. Download a per-template CSV starter (columns already match every variable).
    Detailed step-by-step guide
    1. 1
      Open Templates
Sidebar → Templates → New Template.
    2. 2
      Pick a creation method
Manual, AI Generate, Scan from URL, or Import (paste/upload HTML).
    3. 3
      Add variables
Insert {variable_name} manually, or click 'AI Add Variables' to auto-inject placeholders across headings, body, testimonials and CTAs.
    4. 4
      Section-scoped rewrite (optional)
Open the SEO Optimize dialog and choose a section (Services / FAQ / Testimonials / About) to regenerate only that block.
    5. 5
      Preview live
The preview shows sample values in place of every variable so layout issues surface early.
    6. 6
      CSV starter
Click 'Download CSV starter' — the file has one column per variable, ready for data.
    7. 7
      Save
The template is now selectable in Keyword Groups and Campaigns.
    Tips
    • • Variables use lowercase_snake_case and the {variable} syntax. Global business variables (brand_name, phone, email, address) are recognized automatically.
    • • Design Preservation Rule: AI never changes HTML wrappers, CSS classes, IDs or <style> blocks — only the text content and image sources.

    Template Marketplace

Import community templates in Elementor, Shopify or HTML/CSS format.

    How to use it

    1. Filter by category (Consulting / SaaS / WordPress / Shopify / Portfolio, etc.).
    2. Pick a target format: Elementor, Shopify, or HTML/CSS — the same template ships in all three.
    3. Click 'Use Template' — progress shows download → adapt → save.
    4. Optional: toggle 'Auto-run AI Add Variables' so the imported template gets variables in the same step.
    5. Version pinning keeps your copy stable even if the marketplace template updates.
    Tips
    • • Re-selecting a marketplace template never duplicates — the existing snapshot is reused.
    • • 8 rotating vibe palettes are applied on import so no two marketplace-based sites look identical.

    WP Control

Remote-manage connected WordPress sites (v1.3.5+ connector plugin).

    How to use it

    1. Select a connected WordPress site.
    2. Check the connector plugin status (auto-updater built in from v1.3.5+).
    3. Push layout, Elementor container width and critical-CSS fallback to the site.
    4. Trigger content sync or re-publish without leaving the app.
    5. Elementor metadata is cleared on publish so SEO optimizations propagate to the live page.
    Tips
    • • Keep the 3x Visibility WordPress connector plugin updated — publishing fidelity depends on it.

    Data CSV

Manage CSV data for variables and use AI to fill the gaps.

    How to use it

    1. Upload a CSV or build rows from scratch.
    2. Use AI to auto-fill empty cells (per-row mode = unique content per page).
    3. Add multi-value cells using a pipe (|) for spintax variations.
    4. Save and use the dataset directly in any campaign.

    PGP Suite

    Keywords

Extract keywords from templates or websites — no global auto-generation.

    How to use it

    1. Add keywords manually, from a template's variables, from a connected website, or from any URL.
    2. Pick the target language (30+ supported) — keywords are generated in that language.
    3. One-click 'Auto-link keywords' matches keywords to template variables.
    4. Set 'Terms per variable' — e.g. 5 = exactly 5 terms per variable.

    Keyword Groups

Reusable bundle of template + language + terms + variables — the entry point for Campaigns.

    How to use it

    1. Sidebar → Keywords → Keyword Groups → New Group.
    2. Step 1: pick a template + language + business/niche context.
    3. Step 2: add variable hints and set terms-per-variable (e.g. 5 terms each).
    4. Save — the group is stored in pgp_keyword_groups and available in the sidebar list.
    5. Click 'Generate campaign' from any saved group — the Campaign Wizard opens pre-filled; you only add Locations + Business Info.
    Tips
    • • Keyword Groups intentionally EXCLUDE geographic + business info variables — those are set per-campaign under Locations and Business Info.
    • • Variable priority at generate time: Locations > Business Info > AI content > Keyword Group defaults.

    PGP Generate

Legacy generator — most flows now start from Keyword Groups → Campaign.

    How to use it

    1. Pick a template and a keyword set.
    2. Choose a generation method (all combos / sequential / random).
    3. Set the batch size and click 'Start' — live progress is shown.
    Tips
    • • Prefer the Keyword Groups → Campaign flow — it wires Locations + Business Info automatically.

    Terms

A master library of variable terms (city, service, niche, etc.).

    How to use it

    1. Create a term type.
    2. Add values to it.
    3. Get auto-suggestions whenever the term is used in templates.

    Location Database

Country → Region → City hierarchy with server-side search and bulk city loader.

    How to use it

    1. Open the Location Database dialog from any campaign or from Locations.
    2. Search countries/regions/cities — pagination and pg_trgm indexes keep it fast even at 250k+ rows.
    3. Missing cities for a country? Click 'Load ALL {Country} cities (global DB)' — pulls from CountriesNow + GeoNames + cities500.
    4. 'Re-run city loader' opens the Bulk City Loader with multi-select countries, live progress, 3× auto-retry and CSV export of the result.
    Tips
    • • Radius filtering + demographic enrichment let you scope campaigns to a distance from a city.

    Discovery

    Website Content

Discover, scan and SEO-optimize all pages and products on a connected site.

    How to use it

    1. Select the website.
    2. Click 'Scan' — existing content and design are extracted automatically.
    3. From any page row: SEO-optimize (rewrites title + meta + full body content while preserving length), retranslate, or rewrite.
    4. Use 'Spin Content' for unique paraphrases per page (Gemini temp 1.0, HTML preserved).
    5. Force republish toggle clears caches so optimizations show live immediately.
    Tips
    • • This replaces the old 'Scanner' and 'Discovery' tools — both are merged here.

    SEO Analysis & AI Fix

Multi-pass AI Fix loop that raises every factor to 80+ without regressing scores.

    How to use it

    1. Open any page's SEO Analysis dialog.
    2. Live factor scores show every sub-score with color-coded progress bars, updating in real time.
    3. Click 'AI Fix All' — up to 8 passes target only factors below 80.
    4. Deterministic polish forces meta description length, keyword presence, headings, word count, internal links and schema when AI misses them.
    5. Best-snapshot tracker guarantees scores never drop — a pass is discarded if the overall rank decreases.
    Tips
    • • Fields already scoring ≥80 are preserved (never regenerated).
    • • SEA/GEO signals (trust/pricing/location/coverage keywords) are injected into the body so all three list-level badges improve together.

    Variable Mapping

Map template variables to CSV columns or CMS fields.

    How to use it

    1. Pick a template and a data source.
    2. Accept the auto-mapping suggestion or adjust manually.
    3. Use the confidence indicator (high/medium/low) to make decisions.

    How to use it

    1. Pick a date range.
    2. Review your top performing pages.
    3. Export to CSV when you need raw data.

    Connection tutorials

Full walkthroughs for connecting WordPress, Shopify and Google Search Console — input fields, permissions and how to test the connection.

    Connect WordPress (self-hosted)

Publish and sync pages to your own WordPress site using a secure Application Password. Works with WordPress 5.6+ over HTTPS.

    Input fields

    • Site URL — Your full site address, e.g. https://yoursite.com — include https:// and the www prefix only if your site uses it.
    • Username — The WordPress admin/editor username the pages will be published as.
    • Application Password — A dedicated password (not your login password). Create it in WordPress: Users → Profile → Application Passwords → enter a name → Add New.
    • Connector plugin — Install & activate the 3x Visibility WordPress connector plugin for best publishing fidelity (Elementor, critical CSS, media).

    Permissions required

    • The account must have Editor or Administrator role to create and update pages.
    • Pretty permalinks must be enabled (Settings → Permalinks → anything except 'Plain') so the REST API works.
    • The site must be served over HTTPS — Application Passwords are disabled on plain HTTP.

    Test the connection

    1. 1
Go to Websites → + Add Website → choose WordPress.
    2. 2
Fill in Site URL, Username and Application Password.
    3. 3
      Click 'Test Connection'.
    4. 4
A green tick means it worked — click Save. Content from the site is then pulled in automatically.
    Troubleshooting
    • • SSL / SNI error → check whether the URL needs (or must drop) the www prefix; if it persists, contact your host.
    • • 'rest_no_route' error → enable pretty permalinks in WordPress.
    • • 401 Unauthorized → regenerate the Application Password and make sure you copied it without spaces.

    Connect Shopify

Connect your Shopify store with a one-click OAuth flow — no manual API keys to copy. Once connected you can sync products, run bulk SEO and publish pages.

    Input fields

    • Store domain — Your myshopify domain, e.g. your-store.myshopify.com (used to start the OAuth handshake).
    • Connect button — Click 'Connect Shopify' — you're redirected to Shopify to log in and approve access. No keys are entered by hand.

    Permissions required

    • You must be the store owner or a staff account with app-install permission.
    • On the Shopify approval screen, grant access to Products and Content so the app can read/write product and page data.
    • Access is per-user and revocable at any time from Shopify → Settings → Apps and sales channels.

    Test the connection

    1. 1
Go to Websites → + Add Website → choose Shopify (or open the Shopify guide page).
    2. 2
Enter your .myshopify.com domain and click 'Connect Shopify'.
    3. 3
Approve the requested permissions on Shopify's screen.
    4. 4
You're returned to the app with a connected status — products appear under Website Content once synced.
    Troubleshooting
    • • Redirect fails or 'app not found' → confirm the store domain is spelled correctly and ends in .myshopify.com.
    • • Permissions error later → reconnect and make sure Products & Content scopes are approved.

    Connect Google Search Console

Connect Google Search Console to submit generated pages to Google and monitor indexing. Uses a Google service account with access to your verified property.

    Input fields

    • Property (site URL) — The exact verified property from Search Console — either a Domain property (sc-domain:example.com) or a URL-prefix (https://example.com/). Pick it from the list; don't type a random URL.
    • Service account JSON — The credentials key file for a Google Cloud service account. Paste/upload it in Websites settings — it is stored securely and never shown in the browser.

    Permissions required

    • The property must already be verified in Google Search Console.
    • Add the service account email as a user on the property: Search Console → Settings → Users and permissions → Add user (Full or Owner).
    • Enable the 'Google Search Console API' (and Indexing API for submissions) in the Google Cloud project.

    Test the connection

    1. 1
Connect the Google service account under Websites / SEO settings.
    2. 2
Open the Indexing page — your verified properties load in the selector.
    3. 3
Select a property; if pages list without a 403, the connection works.
    4. 4
Select pages and click 'Submit for indexing' to send them to Google.
    Troubleshooting
    • • 403 on a property → the service account isn't added as a user, or the property isn't verified.
    • • Empty property list → confirm the property exists and is verified in Search Console for that Google account.

Full example — CSV → Template → Campaign → WordPress

A complete end-to-end walkthrough: upload a CSV, pick a template, generate a campaign, and publish the pages straight to your WordPress site.

Before you start: Connect your WordPress site (see the Connection Tutorials above) and make sure it shows a green status in Websites.
    1. 1

      Prepare & upload your CSV

Go to Data (CSV) → Upload CSV, or download a ready-made starter from any template's 'Download CSV' button. Each column becomes a variable (e.g. city, service, phone). The first row is the header; every following row generates one page.

Use the per-template starter CSV so the column names already match the template's variables.
    2. 2

Create a template (or pick one)

Open Templates → New Template (or reuse a marketplace/AI-built one). Insert your variables as {{city}}, {{service}} etc. in the HTML, headings and meta fields. Preview to confirm the design and that variables resolve.

AI Site Builder can generate a full template for you — then just add the variables.
    3. 3

      Start a campaign

Go to Campaigns → New Campaign. Name it, choose the type (SEO / SEA / AEO / GEO) and select the template you just prepared.

    4. 4

Attach the CSV & map columns

In the wizard's Data step, select your uploaded CSV. In the Mapping step, match each CSV column to the matching template variable. Unmapped variables fall back to defaults or AI suggestions.

Green ticks in the mapping step mean every required variable is filled.
    5. 5

Set keyword source & publish mode

Choose where keywords/terms come from (CSV column, extracted, or AI-generated). Then set the publish target to WordPress and the website you connected earlier.

    6. 6

      Generate the pages

Click Generate. Watch the progress list — each row shows its status (queued → generating → success/failed) plus whether keywords/terms were regenerated. Failed rows can be retried individually.

    7. 7

      Publish to WordPress

With publish mode set to WordPress, generated pages are pushed straight to your connected site (Elementor/critical-CSS fidelity preserved). Or generate first, review, then click Publish per page or in bulk.

Make sure your WordPress connection shows a green status in Websites before publishing.
    8. 8

      Verify & index

Open a published URL on your WordPress site to confirm layout and variables look right. Then use the Indexing page (Google Search Console) to submit the new pages to Google.

    Result

You now have a batch of unique, variable-driven pages live on your WordPress site — one per CSV row — ready to be indexed by Google.

    Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about connections, CSVs, publishing and account limits.

Why does my website connection keep failing?

The most common causes are: wrong URL format (missing https:// or extra www), invalid Application Password, pretty permalinks disabled on WordPress, or an SSL/SNI mismatch. Use the 'Test Connection' button after fixing each one.

I uploaded a CSV but variables are not mapping — what's wrong?

Make sure the first row contains column headers and that the column names exactly match the template variables (lowercase_snake_case). Empty columns or extra spaces in headers break auto-mapping.

Pages show 'Generated' but are not live on my site — why?

Check the publish mode in the campaign (Draft vs Live). Draft pages are not pushed to the CMS. Also confirm the website connection still shows a green status in Websites.

    Why do I see a 401 / 403 error when publishing?

401 means the credentials are rejected (regenerate the Application Password or reconnect OAuth). 403 means the connected account lacks permission to create/update pages — use an Editor or Administrator account.

My generated pages look different from the preview — how do I fix it?

Make sure the 3x Visibility WordPress connector plugin is installed and active. It preserves Elementor layout, container widths and critical CSS. Without it, styling may fall back to default theme styles.

Can I undo a bulk delete or republish?

Bulk delete is permanent — there is no undo. Republish is safe because it only updates existing pages. Always read confirmation dialogs before confirming destructive actions.

How are AI credits kept low?

Light tasks always use Gemini Flash Lite (the cheapest model). Images fall back to Unsplash and translations to LibreTranslate whenever possible.

If a marketplace template is updated, do my pages change?

No. Version pinning saves your copy as a snapshot — marketplace updates do not affect it.

Where do I upgrade my plan?

Sidebar → Billing → Upgrade plan. Pro/Agency unlock more templates, credits and team features.

    Troubleshooting

Symptom-based fixes for connection, authorization, CSV and publishing problems.

    Connection failures

    SYMPTOM

Test Connection shows a red cross or timeout

    FIX

Check the URL starts with https:// and matches exactly what the site serves (with or without www). Try opening the URL in a browser first.

    SYMPTOM

WordPress: 'rest_no_route' or 404 on test

    FIX

Enable pretty permalinks in WordPress: Settings → Permalinks → choose any option except 'Plain' → Save Changes.

    SYMPTOM

    Shopify OAuth redirect fails

    FIX

Confirm the store domain ends in .myshopify.com and is spelled exactly as shown in your Shopify admin.

    SYMPTOM

Google Search Console property list is empty

    FIX

The service account must have access to a verified property. Add the service-account email in Search Console → Settings → Users and permissions.

    Authorization problems

    SYMPTOM

    401 Unauthorized when testing WordPress

    FIX

Regenerate the Application Password in WordPress (Users → Profile → Application Passwords). Copy the full password without spaces and paste it again.

    SYMPTOM

    403 Forbidden when publishing pages

    FIX

The connected WordPress user must be Editor or Administrator. Viewer/Author/Contributor accounts cannot create pages through the REST API.

    SYMPTOM

Shopify shows 'insufficient permissions' after OAuth

    FIX

Reconnect and approve Products and Content scopes on the Shopify approval screen. Only store owners or staff with app-install permission can do this.

    SYMPTOM

Google Search Console returns 403 on submission

    FIX

Add the service account email as a Full user or Owner on the exact property. Domain-level properties need the service account added at the domain level.

    CSV parsing errors

    SYMPTOM

Upload fails with 'Invalid CSV format'

    FIX

Save the file as UTF-8 CSV with commas or semicolons. Make sure there are no merged cells and that every row has the same number of columns as the header.

    SYMPTOM

Special characters or accents look broken

    FIX

Re-save the CSV as UTF-8 (in Excel / Google Sheets use File → Download → CSV UTF-8). Then re-upload.

    SYMPTOM

    Variables stay unmapped after upload

    FIX

Header names must match template variables exactly: lowercase, underscores instead of spaces, e.g. service_name not Service Name. Trim leading/trailing spaces.

    SYMPTOM

    Spintax variations are not spinning

    FIX

Separate variations with a pipe (|) inside the same cell, e.g. 'Roofing|Siding|Gutters'. Do not use commas or new lines for variations.

    Publishing failures

    SYMPTOM

Campaign shows 'Published' but pages are missing on the site

    FIX

Check publish mode was set to Live, not Draft. Draft pages are saved inside the app and not pushed to the CMS.

    SYMPTOM

Published page layout is broken or styles missing

    FIX

Install and activate the 3x Visibility WordPress connector plugin. It sends Elementor/container settings and critical-CSS fallback needed for fidelity.

    SYMPTOM

Some rows failed while others succeeded

    FIX

Open the failed row's log. Common causes: a missing required variable, a special character in the title, or the CMS rejecting duplicate slugs.

    SYMPTOM

    Images are missing after publish

    FIX

Make sure the WordPress media library is writable and the connector plugin is active. Large images may also be blocked by server upload limits.

3x Visibility — mass-build SEO, GEO and programmatic pages at scale

Documentation for the 3x Visibility platform: connecting websites, building templates, mapping CSV columns, generating campaigns and publishing pages.

Key facts: the free plan includes 10 pages and 100 AI credits per month, and every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial. A spreadsheet with 200 rows becomes 200 published pages in a single batch. Publishing supports 3 platforms: WordPress, Shopify and WooCommerce (PrestaShop coming soon). Paid plans raise the monthly page allowance, the number of connected sites and the support level. You can cancel at any time.

    What is 3x Visibility?

A page-generation platform for agencies, ecommerce teams and multi-location businesses that need many landing pages — one per city, service or product combination — without writing each page by hand. It combines a template engine, AI content generation and one-click CMS publishing so a campaign that used to take weeks ships in hours.

    How does it work?

Upload a spreadsheet or connect your data, tell us which column goes where in a page design built from your own style, then create and publish all your pages in one click. Every page comes with a quality score, links to your other pages and the extra code search engines read, already built in.

    Who should use 3x Visibility?

Agencies managing many client sites, ecommerce teams with large product catalogs, and multi-location businesses that need one landing page per city, service or store. If you have a spreadsheet of locations or products and need each row to become a page, this is the tool.

    Features

    Use cases

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO earns placement in the classic list of search results. AEO earns placement inside an answer box or AI Overview. GEO earns a named citation inside a generative AI recommendation. Well-structured, genuinely useful content helps all three at once.

    Why does programmatic SEO work?

Search demand is long-tail: for every broad head term there are hundreds of specific, lower-volume queries — one city plus one service, one product plus one use case. Writing a page for each of those by hand does not scale, but a template filled with genuine, row-specific data does. The discipline is to keep every page meaningfully different: unique facts, unique examples, unique answers. Volume without substance is what gives programmatic SEO a bad name; substance at volume is what makes it work.

How does 3x Visibility help with local SEO?

Local businesses need one landing page per location, and each page needs the details that make it real: the address, the services offered there, the neighbourhoods covered and the answers customers in that area ask. 3x Visibility imports that location data, maps it into a template built from your own design, and generates a complete, internally linked set of local pages — each scored for SEO quality before it ships.

How does the platform support AI search visibility?

Generated pages ship with clean heading structure, direct question-and-answer blocks and JSON-LD structured data, which are the signals answer engines and AI systems parse most reliably. Because the pages are published as real HTML on your own domain, their content is fully readable to crawlers that do not execute JavaScript.

    What does pricing look like?

Plans start free, with paid tiers that raise the monthly page allowance, the number of connected sites and the level of support. Every plan includes the full generation engine — CSV import, template mapping, AI content and one-click publishing. Billing is monthly or yearly, with no contracts and no commitments; you can cancel at any time from the billing page.

    Frequently asked questions

    What websites can I connect?

WordPress (via REST API with Application Passwords) and Shopify (via Admin API). More integrations coming soon.

    How does CSV processing work?

Upload any CSV — the system auto-detects columns. Map each column to a template variable. Each row becomes one page.

    Can I preview before publishing?

Yes. Use Dry Run to generate a preview page before executing the full campaign.

What if a page fails to publish?

Failed pages are logged with detailed errors. Retry individual pages or the entire batch with one click.

    Is there an API?

Yes, Pro and Agency plans include API access for programmatic campaign creation.

    Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your subscription at any time.

How does 3x Visibility handle structured data?

Every generated page can include JSON-LD structured data automatically. The platform supports LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Product, Service, BreadcrumbList and other schema types depending on the template configuration. This means each page you publish is immediately machine-readable by search engines and AI systems without manual markup work.

What is internal linking and why does it matter?

Internal linking connects your generated pages to each other and to your existing site content. When a location page links to a related service page, and a service page links back to the category hub, search engines understand the topical relationship between pages. 3x Visibility can automatically insert contextual internal links during generation based on rules you define in your template, strengthening the site architecture without manual effort.

How do businesses create pages at scale?

The process follows four steps: first, prepare a structured data source such as a CSV file containing one row per page you need. Second, build a template that defines the page structure, variables and content blocks. Third, map your data columns to template variables so each row fills the template with its own unique information. Fourth, generate and publish the entire batch in one operation. Each page receives its own SEO score before publishing, so you can filter out low-quality outputs before they go live.

    Supported platforms and publishing targets

3x Visibility publishes directly to WordPress via the REST API with Application Passwords, and to Shopify via the Admin API. WooCommerce publishing is also supported (PrestaShop coming soon). Each integration uses the platform's native content model — posts, pages, products or blog articles — so generated content appears exactly as if it were created manually inside the CMS.

What is AEO and how does 3x Visibility support it?

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization — the practice of structuring content so that AI-powered answer engines (Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search) can extract and cite your content directly in their responses. 3x Visibility supports AEO by generating pages with clear question-based headings, concise direct answers in the first sentence of each section, and FAQPage structured data that marks up Q&A pairs in a machine-readable format. Because generated pages are published as static HTML, their full content is accessible to crawlers and AI retrieval systems without requiring JavaScript execution.

What is GEO and why does it matter?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization — getting your brand cited by name inside generative AI recommendations. When someone asks an AI assistant "what tool can I use to create hundreds of SEO pages?", GEO determines whether your product is mentioned in the answer. The signals that help are: clear entity definitions (what the product is, who it serves, what category it belongs to), consistent brand terminology across the web, structured data that identifies your product, and authoritative content that AI systems can verify and reference. 3x Visibility generates pages with all these signals built in — Organization schema, SoftwareApplication schema, consistent brand naming, and topical depth that establishes entity authority.

How is 3x Visibility different from manual page creation?

Creating pages manually means writing each one individually in a CMS editor — a process that takes 30 to 60 minutes per page when you include research, writing, formatting, SEO checks and publishing. For a campaign of 200 location pages, that is 100 to 200 hours of work. 3x Visibility reduces this to the time needed to prepare a data file and configure a template — typically under two hours total — then generates and publishes all 200 pages in a single batch. Each page is unique because it is filled with row-specific data: different locations, different services, different facts and different answers.

Research and data behind the approach

An Ahrefs analysis of approximately 1.9 billion keywords found that 91.8% of search queries are long-tail, which is why one page per city-plus-service or product-plus-use-case combination outperforms a handful of broad pages.

Peer-reviewed research on Generative Engine Optimization (Aggarwal et al., 2023, arXiv:2311.09735) measured up to a 40% improvement in visibility in generative engine responses when answers include citable sources, statistics and quotations, compared with unattributed text.

A Backlinko clickstream study of Google search results found that only about 0.63% of searchers click a result on the second page, which is why every generated page receives a per-page SEO score before it is published.
